This support request is generally meant to be used for urgent situations by customers who aren’t already paying a Care and Support Solution retainer.

While I don’t provide ’round the clock support – it is, after all, just me – I do guarantee that I will take a look and you will receive status information on your issue during my office hours the very next time my office is open.
For support purposes, my hours of operation are Monday – Friday from 9am – 2pm Eastern Standard Time.

The more time I spend communicating, the less time I spend actually working, so only expect status updates and responses from me during those hours. I generally get up very early and go to bed rather late (yeah I’m a mom so …you know). I use those outside hours to great advantage so that by time the I am officially “in the office”, I should have a status for you.a
